Latter-day Hymns--Christmas Hymns And Songs Edition

We had the best time on Tuesday night as we had the last class of the semester for Latter-day Hymns.  It was focused on Christmas music and I loved it.  We sang songs from the Children's Songbook and the hymns from the hymnal.  We saw a few videos of sweet Christmas music and I share my experience with "O Come, O Come Emmanuel" at the Piano Guys concert in 2019.

The men sang "When Joseph Went to Bethlehem."
The women sang "Mary's Lullaby" but no picture from me.

Sister Carter shared her bells with us and we did a few Christmas hymns with the bells.  It was great.  She also played the piano for us which added so much to our evening.

These young adults are very talented musically and it was a pleasure to hear them sing these sweet hymns and songs. And Sister Carter is also so talented that it is a pleasure to sing when she is playing.  She adds sweet notes which enriches the experience so much.

Game Night for Ft. Smith Institute this week although we will miss the college students who have gone home for the winter break.
