Lamb Cemetery (East of Waldron)

Slightly out of order, because we did this on Monday (before the last post which was our Tuesday Institute class).

After our usual Monday Morning District meeting -----
(by the way one of these past district meetings, Gary and I had to do a workshop on Knowledge as one of the Christlike attributes in Preach My Gospel.  Those assignments always add a bit of spice to our week.) we drove the Mena elders back to their car in Waldron and then headed to Lamb Cemetery to take some pictures of the grave markers.

There is an old Church there in poor repair and I don't think it is actually usable at the moment. However, next to it is a tent with folding chairs in it.  I wondered if a group was starting to have a church there, but Gary suggested that perhaps it was set up for use for funerals at this cemetery.  Either one makes sense.
The tent with the chairs all set up.....

Here is a brave Oklahoma fan with his allegiance displayed even in Arkansas Razorback country.  We took over 200 pictures and then Gary put them in Find A Grave.  Many of them were not in there so we felt pretty good about the work that we had done.
