Thanksgiving 2017

We manage to pull off another Thanksgiving Feast, despite me working full-time.  Jessica and the boys spent the night before at our house (Elessia was home sick with a stomach bug which the boys had had the week before.)  Jessica made this little greeting when the boys first woke up.
Liam and Jessica helped make the dressing.  Liam helped us longer than many 2 year olds would.
I didn't take many pictures...or apparently any that I wanted to keep but I think Jessica sent me these.  Here is one end of our dinner table with Jena, Zander (high chair), Scarlett and Liam.  Also in attendance where Dad and Karla (Great-grandpa and Nana), Jessica, Scott and Chantel, and Gary and I.  We had leftover food which is always a good thing.  Jessica took a plate home to Elessia and we headed down to Provo with a plate of food (with lots of potato salad) for Ben.
The Giberson side is being nurtured in these two "game players."

James and Scarlett got to have two Thanksgiving dinners this year as they headed to their Grandparents' Berenyi in the afternoon for round two.

Tosha, Austen, Niki and Cooper spent their first Thanksgiving in Seattle at a fellow Air Force serviceman who invited them to dinner.  They have bought a car, think they have confirmed a home on base, and have been sightseeing in the beautiful Seattle area.  With the current climate, we are happy to have them back on America soil and away from Okinawa tensions.

We hope that counting blessings was a part of your Thanksgiving day.  I am so grateful for so much this year. 2017 has been a very eventful year for me personally and for us as a family.  This is definitely "one for the books!"(--which it will be when I make the blog book which I do at the end of each year.)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING...
AND COUNT YOUR MANY BLESSINGS
NAME THEM ONE BY ONE....
