Trying on dresses......

Sometime around mid-month, the decision was made to move the wedding up to November.  Austen had a TDY scheduled for Japan then switched to Las Vegas and was able to get a leave shortly after that.  They picked November 14th and so that shortened our time for preparing and planning for the wedding.

She had some ideas about the kind of dress she wanted after looking on the internet but what you can see on the internet and want you can fine in real life is sometimes different.  Tosha and I had a fun time shopping.  She looked beautiful in all of them but when she put on THE ONE we both knew it was perfect. I asked her to sleep on it and the next day it was still the one.  It was so much like the type of dress she talked about.  Here are a couple she didn't pick:

She wanted sleeves which were hard
to find off the rack.  On the above dress
they had a lace one she could try on.
On the dress below they could add sleeves,
they said.

You will have to keep reading to see the dress she actually picked for her wedding day!

At the bridal shop where she found the dress, Kaitlyn the store owner told me that she hopes she is as happy as Tosha was about getting married when she finally is ready to marry.  She did have her "bride" moments especially near the end when she didn't want to make any more decisions, but she enjoyed planning her wedding with Austen and working on the little details which she added to make things the way they wanted them for their special day.
