Halloween

It was a good thing that Jena had decided early on that she wanted to be a "biker" from the Teen Beach Movie for Halloween and that Scott had a leather jacket she could borrow because Halloween parties came fast.

She had a Special Olympics Halloween Party:

 

Animal sound game (the jacket was too heavy and hot)

Witchfest at Gardner Village in Salt Lake with the young women and their moms from our Special Olympics team:

 A Halloween Dance at Clearfield:

And then a Trunk or Treat party at the Church on Oct. 30 and "Hall Chili and Scones" on Halloween day at our house:

And with that, October 2013 was finally finished! Whew, after a busy August, the craziness of September, and a blur of an October....November even with a wedding and Thanksgiving and then a trip to AZ for my niece's wedding was beginning to look like a calm month!

 

(Of course, since I am writing this on December 8, it didn't slow down enough for me

to really catch up on my blog! Looks can be deceiving.)
