On July 6th, Mom, Hall, Jena, Gary and I joined for a BBQ at Nathan Page's house for a Page Brothers and family get together. These are the five boys of Gary's sister who passed away almost 3 years ago. Two of them live out of town so it is exciting when they all gather together at the same time. They are great young men and it was fun to spend time with them, their wives and children.
This is the last formal picture taken with Valerie and her five sons. It was taken just a few months before her death.

In between these activities, I was spending lots of time doing homework as I had several assignments due on July 12th which was just before our upcoming vacation/reunion.
Gary has been busy with family history and is creating a longer and longer list of names which need to have their temple work done.
Ben is still in the hospital during this week--some good days and some hard ones. It is complicated by the fact that this hospital unit is more set up for 3-7 day stays so it makes it hard to be there longer than that.
Jena is busy with her usual things. We have been ushering for West Side Story for the past month and finally watched it ourselves. I was so surprised how many of the songs I recognized but didn't know that they were from this play.
