We arrived home on September 23rd--which is Gary's birthday (in order to get him home to renew his drivers license in person. (He took care of that on Tuesday.) We surprised Ben by picking him up from Journey House and bringing him to the house on Monday evening.
Then on Tuesday evening, he came over and well as Jessica and Elessia and the grandkids for cupcakes and ice cream to celebrate all of our September birthdays. It was so fun to see everyone again (although we are still waiting for the first hugs from Scott and family and Tosha and her family...soon just before Thanksgiving!)
