Last week we started our zoom training for our next mission with Elder and Sister Holt from Rexburg, Idaho. We have some reading and prep that we need to do and then we are meeting twice a week for two weeks and reviewing materials and talking about our role as member and leader support missionaries. It has been so great and it makes us excited for our next experience in the middle of our growing sadness at leaving here.
Jena has been sitting in with us which is great. She wants to be a great MLS missionary, too.
It has been great because Elder and Sister Holt have served in YSA Wards and stakes at BYU-I for many years and they both were professors there as well so they have added additional insights in working with young adults. We feel very blessed to have been trained by them.
