Typically, we have an evening mission devotional on the 1st Monday of the month, but because it was the July 4th holiday, that got moved to July 11th. Due to the holidays of July 4 and July 24th (Pioneer Day), the program was presented by our "Elijah Choir," which is the mission choir. They shared songs, hymns, and stories about pioneers and patriots. It was very enjoyable.
One of the highlights was after the program was over and the closing prayer was said, Sister Larsen, Sister Parker, and Sister Olsen played a "Trio" on the grand piano of "Stars and Stripes Forever." It was amazing.
