With streaming services, we were able to watch Conference in Arkansas--all five sessions. I remember growing up in Washington, we could only watch one session on Sunday morning and sometimes only one hour of it. My mom said that there were a few times that no sessions were on TV. We are so blessed.
Takeaways:
1. We are truly children of our Heavenly Father---ALL OF US!!!
2. Jesus Christ came and died for us and because of Him we can repent and change.
3. We need to share this news with all of the earth and our next door neighbors!
And I loved the talk by Elder Rasband about senior missionary couples (and also singles) calling on the seasoned members of the Church to "take your know how, coupled with your time-honored testimonies, and go on a mission." Yes, you should do that. Build your life for that goal as you complete your employment and retire. Senior Mission and then ...whatever retirement looks like for you.
