While we were getting ready for our family reunion, Jena had another reunion on November 23--her BYU Wonderwood roommates. She and I drove down to Lehi to Myan's townhouse. (It is crazy how much the west side of Utah County has grown--houses, roads, freeways, and townhouses everywhere.)

What a great experience this was for Jena for three years and these people were part of it. She still gets messages and follows them on Facebook. Just a few weeks ago, she had a conversation with Katey on Facetime who is currently getting her PhD in California in Developmental Psychology. It was so fun to be together and to remember the old times together. Lots of laughing when this group is together. This is actually the first time we have done something like this and it included people from all three years. Fun times. I love these young adults and their impacts on Jena for good. They are definitely part of the "angels" we were promised when we adopted Jena years ago.
