Part of our current assignment includes planning a meal for the institute members on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you know me, cooking is not one of my best skills. I blame it on lack of smelling and a mom who didn't like to cook either--so genetics might be in play---however, I decided that I am going to plan meals and prepare them with a happy heart. It is one direct way to serve and I am thankful for that opportunity. The by product is that I am learning new recipes and having fun. Jena on the other hand LOVES cooking and she can be a good help. These are our Ham and Cheese Sliders.
