I have loved planning, shopping, and making the baby quilts for the grandchildren. And this feeling has persisted even though I haven't finished James's quilt (he is 19 months old--needs binding), Cooper's quilt (17 months old--needs machine quilting and binding) and three little granddaughters on the way.
The later part of September I spend some time to get the tops done for Alex and Carter and then took them and Cooper's quilt top to get machine quilted. The plan is made for Granddaughter Russell's quilt and some of the fabric has been purchased. Hopefully, I will complete all of these quilts before these granddaughters are in school!!
