People didn't know what was happening with my dad's health and yet sweet gestures were extended to us at a variety of times. This photo shows a couple of those gifts---the tomatoes and cucumbers were from the Checketts--they were mission leaders that we interviewed in their home in Brigham City on September 9. They sent us home with a plate of cookies and these vegetables fresh picked from their large garden. The remainder of a loaf of bread was from Sister Winn--one of our missionaries who was baking bread and decided we needed a loaf!
How blessed we were by kind people all around us who didn't "know" but still ministered to us! They didn't "know" but our loving Heavenly Father did and we were not left alone.
