Same Song, Second Verse

Happy Late Easter with Liam, Zander, Carter, Alex, and Ezri!  We missed sharing Easter with them, so on Tuesday afternoon, Jena and I headed down to Magna with Easter Dinner leftovers and Easter Baskets for the kids as a surprise.  It was before anyone else had gotten sick so we thought we could do it.  We all had a great time and we didn't get sick even though Jessica ended up sick the next day.

Alex was much less interested in the whole process, until later when they started opening the eggs and they discovered candy and goldfish.  Apparently, Alex had forgotten about that because then she became much more interested in the eggs.  We forget that sometimes kids don't remember the little oddities of holiday celebrations.

Jessica said that they enjoyed their Easter Dinner even though it was the next day.  

Niki, Cooper and Ava had to enjoy their Easter gifts from a box from the postman. No ham for them although they had a great meal on Easter with their neighbors and friends.

And now the Easter celebrations are really done for the year!!
