Wednesday Night Storm

Actually I guess it was early Thursday, a big thunderstorm went through the area and dropped about 3 inches of rain, high winds, and lots and lots of lightening.  There was a period of time that the lightening was so constant to the west, that the sky was white for a number of minutes.

The next morning the field to the west was filled with birds enjoying the bugs from the soft dirt.

Even today--Sunday--you can see downed trees along the streets inside and outside of town.

One Church parking lot had a downed tree laying right on a small car!  No hail that we heard about this round, but significant wind and rain.  Life in Arkansas!
