Mission Work Did Continue

despite what it might seem like with all of the evening events we were attending throughout the month.  Our desks looked like Christmas morning almost every day as missionaries dropped off things for us.  They are all so kind.

And during the mail delivery one morning, Jena found this and wanted me to come and take a picture--

Happy Birthday to Emily--one of the administrative assistants on the 4th floor.  We worked with Emily when she was an intern in the SPC lab so we were excited when she got this full time job.

I think we only did one oral history in December.  It is usually a slow month because of the holidays.  We hope we can do a few more before our mission completes in February.  But we got caught up with the paperwork for submitting them and began the process of getting things organized for the future.  And of course, there are the usual weekly and daily items to take care of as zone leaders.
