Happy Birthday--Zander And Ezri, Too!

Saturday, December 10, we headed up to Syracuse to finally celebrate Zander's birthday and also Ezri's which was the next day.

It was fun to see a Christmas tree and stockings hung on the fireplace.  We didn't have any of those things in our small apartment.

Ezri was very excited to open presents and loved the little baby doll we got her.

And she did a great job with the blowing out of the candles with only a little extra help.  She knew the idea--the advantage of having four older siblings.

We are so happy to have Zander and Ezri in our family.  Zander is now 6 and is a great reader already.  He loves words and letters.  Ezri is 2 but thinks she is four and works hard to do whatever her siblings are doing.
